Freestyle Coaching is the ability to create a program that is focused solely on your situation and your needs. We can modify a current program or create one from scratch just for you!

We also offer basic coaching and counseling services to those who are interested in a more traditional approach. This is a non-program (no pre-made activities or exercises) and generally only includes phone sessions. All services can be added or modified ala cart style to create your ideal coaching experience.
